Alphonso Labs has rolled out a new cloud syncing feature for their much lauded RSS reader app Pulse News (apparently they blogged about it back on 12 October but I missed it) I have to say, it’s a welcome feature! I constantly flip-flop between Pulse and Feedly as my main RSS reader app, but for many reasons Feedly alway won out in the end. A big one though, was the fact that Feedly would sync my entire Google Reader feed list. Back to the flip-flop I guess!
If you’re uncertain what Pulse is, it’s a highly visual cross-platform RSS reader smart-device app. The new feature is available with their most recent app updates for iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets (although does anyone know if it is a part of the recently released Windows Phone app?!). I’d used Pulse back when I used iProducts and since I switched to Android, but the reason I’ve always preferred Feedly’s Android app is because Feedly would sync my entire Google Reader feed list.
